Hiatus

I'm starring at this blank page where I need to explain why I've been MIA for the past few weeks.  Frankly, I don't feel I need to justify myself.  The beauty of being my own boss is that I can work when I want.  The downfall of being my own boss is that I can work when I want.

I have been on a mini-vacation of sorts as you might have noticed.  During this time, my daughter learned to crawl and started major teething which made for a much more demanding parental role for me.  Also, I have been sewing lots of things, but nothing for the Etsy store.  I have had several custom orders come in that I have worked on.  (I will post pictures of those later.)  And other things have come up that have taken a major emotional toll on me.  I think the best thing I did was sew!  It was so soothing to sit and sew when it felt like there was so much crap going on around me!

But needless to say... I'm back and better than ever!  I will be posting and blogging tons in the next few weeks!  Thanks for staying with me, friends!  I really appreciate all of you!  More than you will ever understand!
